A Real Boy
"Ryan, when Mr. Luke gets here today, we are going over to the Battered Women's Shelter where they have children that don't have anyone to look after them. They have 7 girls and 1 little boy that is 4 years old.", I explained.
Looking at me with surprise and exclamation, Ryan asked, "And we're gonna give him to Mr. Luke?"
"uh . . . no.", I answered.
